HI ALL SORRY i HAVE NOT BEEN AROUND MUCH THE LAST WEEK i GOT LAID LOW WITH A BAD STOMACH BUG BUT FEELING MUCH BETTER NOW WILL CATCH UP OVER THE NEXT FEW DAYS;)

      Hi Mitch thanks for the well wishes Mom is doing great she has been having Acupuncture treatment on here shoulder and I am amazed at the effect it has had!

    We had a highly contagious stomach bug that hit 4 members of our family
    I did not know it swam across the pond! Hope you are all better now.
